Job Title: Operations AnalystJob Description

We are seeking an entry-level Operations Analyst to support operational analytics related to order fulfillment and supply chain operations. This role involves working cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to analyze operational data and support reporting that enhances order processing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze order fulfillment data to identify trends and operational bottlenecks.
• Support reporting and data analysis related to supply chain and order operations.
• Extract and analyze data from ERP systems, with a preference for SAP.
• Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to create reports and derive operational insights.
• Assist in tracking operational KPIs such as order processing time, fulfillment accuracy, and operational throughput.
• Collaborate with operations teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in operations analytics, supply chain analytics, or data analysis roles.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
• Proficiency in data tools such as Google Sheets and Snowflake.
• Exposure to visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, with a preference for Tableau.
• Basic knowledge of Python or programming for data analysis.
• Ability to work with transactional data and support analytical models and reporting tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and data visualization.
• Understanding of order lifecycle, inventory flow, and fulfillment operations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics operations.

Work Environment

The position is on-site with a flexible schedule, offering hours from 9–5 or 10–6. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an early-career analyst to work with modern data tools such as SAP, Snowflake, Tableau, and Python in a fast-growing life sciences organization. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Emeryville, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $43.00/hr.
