Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Jacksonville, FL.
Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, supervise and support staff, and manage resources effectively to meet both short and long term organizational objectives.
Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, monitor operational performance, implementing process improvements, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
The role also involves collaborating with management to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to optimize operational efficiency.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the home storage, custom furniture or interior design industry is a plus
