Drive New Business : Proactively reach out to trade professionals who aren’t yet with ProSource. Show them how partnering with us can elevate their business and membership experience. Understand Needs : Ask insightful questions to grasp your members’ and prospects’ business goals and current projects. Offer tailored solutions that set you apart from the competition. Deliver Excellence : Consistently provide an outstanding customer experience for trade pros and their clients. Stay Informed : Keep up with industry trends, product innovations, and home remodeling news through our extensive training resources, including online and in-person sessions, and vendor events. Update CRM : Regularly maintain and update our CRM system with accurate information about members and prospects. Achieve Goals : Show urgency and motivation to meet and exceed your targets. Collaborate Effectively : Build strong partnerships with the showroom team to enhance overall performance. Maintain Positivity : Approach your role with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for your work! High School Diploma or GED : Your educational background provides a strong foundation. Exceptional Customer Service Skills : You excel in delivering top-notch service and presentations. Strong Communication : Both your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch. Relevant Experience : Experience in wholesale sales, flooring, or kitchen & bath is a plus. Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good grasp of technology, including mobile devices, apps, and online searches.
