United Solar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in sales to support our mission of promoting solar energy solutions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and implement effective recruiting strategies.
Responsibilities
Identify and attract potential candidates through various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit with the company.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote United Solar and attract candidates.
Requirements
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in sales or technical recruiting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Knowledge of the solar energy industry is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
