Job description
- Immediate temporary hire with potential to convert to permanent
- Pay rate: $30$35 per hour
- Schedule: MondayWednesday onsite near Totowa, NJ; remote Thursday & Friday
- Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Full-cycle recruiting for Nurses, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Corporate Staff
- Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, background checks, offers, and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems (TriNet), job boards, social media, career fairs, and passive sourcing strategies
- Maintain HR records, support credentialing/licensure verification, and ensure compliance/confidentiality
- Collaborate on recruiting strategy, job postings, salary benchmarking, and onboarding coordination (including nurse training travel scheduling)
- Requires 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and understanding of clinical roles/credentialing (RN preferred)
