Job descriptionSource candidates using effective, creative outreach techniques Communicate with candidates via email and phone Schedule phone screens and interviews with candidates Facilitate reference checks, background checks, and offer negotiation Maintain candidate data and outreach in our application tracking system Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and process Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement Represent Trulieve, Inc. at recruiting events and establish Trulieve, Inc. as a top employer of choice Assist on other recruiting efforts and projects as necessary Bachelor’s degree in related discipline You have 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter You have experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques You have experience recruiting for a variety of positions You are highly motivated, confident, and high-energy You are a strong, engaging communicator with a knack for selling candidates You are flexible and adaptable to changing priorities You are organized and can stay on top of numerous candidates with timely follow-up You have the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to work with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results Background in the Manufacturing business is preferred Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion Must be at least 21 years of age Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening This role averages 45-50 working hours per week depending on business needs.
Summary :
The Temporary Recruiter will be responsible for the identification of talent needed to support and grow Trulieve’s human capital, while supporting Trulieve’s mission and values daily. The Temporary Recruiter will be assisting Trulieve's Production Talent Acquisiiton team with recruiting within the state of Florida. This is a mid-level position that is responsible for the day-to-day recruiting initiatives that are aligned with identifying talent. The position requires a strong foundation and an understanding of all applicable laws and recruiting regulations and guidelines. The Temporary Recruiter is responsible for carrying out principles and standards that support Trulieve’s commitment to people.
- This position is temporary and will be re-evaluated after 90 days of employment.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
