NHS Management, a leading provider of long-term care services operating across four states, seeks a highly motivated Regional Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent for our facilities across the region.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for multiple long-term care facilities in North Alabama.
Develop and maintain good relationships with local colleges and universities that offer RN, LPN and CNA curriculums
Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, career fairs, and professional networking.
Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and identify ideal candidates.
Negotiate competitive salary and benefits packages to attract top talent.
Train new management hires in the approved NHS Hiring process
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in long-term care.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting qualified candidates for a variety of healthcare positions.
Strong understanding of the Tuscaloosa healthcare market.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
