• Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure that clients' needs are met with the highest standards of service. Recommend tailored insurance solutions to meet clients’ needs and provide peace of mind. Stay informed about the industry trends to offer cutting-edge solutions. Utilize our robust lead generation system to connect with clients and expand your network.
• Requirements : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport. Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation to excel in a commission-only environment. A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as additional education in sales, is a plus. Must be a U.S. citizen or be a permanent resident in the U.S.
