This is not a cold-calling position— we provide warm leads to set you up for success. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a desire to grow, we’ll provide the training and tools to help you succeed.
Compensation :
50,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Engage with Prospective Clients – Use provided warm leads to connect with individuals already interested in coverage, assess their needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Explain Policy Options – Help clients understand their choices, ensuring they make informed decisions for their financial security.
- Assist with Applications – Guide clients through the process, ensuring smooth and accurate paperwork completion.
- Build & Maintain Relationships – Follow up with clients to provide excellent service and identify additional needs over time.
- Maximize Growth Opportunities – Utilize company resources, training, and mentorship to continuously improve and advance in your career.
Qualifications :
Competitive Pay –$50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on performance.
