Actively looking to hire an Outside Sales Rep to focus on the Fargo, ND territory!

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new delivery program initiative. The role involves recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You will work closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage prospective businesses, present the program, qualify businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals via community organizations, and organize recruitment events. This position requires travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers commission earnings for each partner converted.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
• Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.
• Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, managing activities and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Assist the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.
• Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
• Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years in sales and/or customer service experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Field sales experience is a plus.
• Experience in roles involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is beneficial.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high sense of urgency.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for field applicants.
• Technologically savvy, with experience working with multiple systems.
• Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily.

Work Environment

The role is based in North Dakota, including Fargo, West Fargo, and Grand Forks, within 60-90 minutes from each. The work environment involves remote and fieldwork four times a week, with Fridays dedicated to administrative tasks. The position offers mileage reimbursement and a monthly phone expense.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
