Job Overview :
CRDN of the ArkLaTex is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position requires a positive attitude and a willingness to provide world class service to customers dealing with painful losses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and promoting our services across a designated region. You will work closely with prospective clients, including commercial and residential to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions. As a Regional Sales Rep, you will be an ambassador for our brand, ensuring our services are recognized as the go-to solution for all restoration needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners, including insurance adjusters, property managers, restoration contractors, and business owners.
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to educate potential customers on our content restoration services and value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, adjusters, and homeowners to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.
- Working in accordance with defined company processes and procedures and other regulatory requirements.
- Ability to accurately scope a job including textiles, electronics, art and contents.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to manage a regional sales territory.
- Familiarity with the insurance claims process is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region.
