Field Sales Specialist Summary :
The Field Sales Specialist is responsible for prospecting and selling supplies to institutional and industrial accounts that include but not limited to; Hospitals, Health Care, Educational facilities, Hotel / Motel, Retail Stores, Malls, Manufacturing Plants, Food Processing plants and varied other businesses by using a consultative selling approach.
Field Sales Specialist Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for attaining the knowledge and understanding of the company's product offering and be able to effectively convey in a professional and consultative manner to customers.
Achieve sales and margin goals
Plans daily activity
Develops and maintains a New Business Pipeline of existing and prospective customers.
Participate in vendor and sales training
Maintains and updates CRM.
Conducts regular customer reviews
Works with the Director of Sales, Business Development Managers, Manufacturer Reps, and Specialists to promote growth with territory
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
