The Role
As a Supervisor you are responsible for supporting the GM in reaching the store targets and goals. When the GM is not present, you are the store team lead. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing replenishment, and training associates to drive performance and sales.

Responsibilities
- Manage your team to reach and exceed the store targets as outlined by the AGM / GM.
- Constant floor presence to help maximize selling opportunities.
- Create a positive and rewarding client experience by ensuring that the customer takes priority at all times.
- Delivering outstanding and personal customer service experience while complying with standards.
- Fully support and align with all key business initiatives and new product launches.
- Clientele Development and Customer Data collection for the purpose of building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities.
- Utilize the available marketing tools to engage current and new business and drive sales.
- Embrace and utilize technology to enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrate a passion for the luxury sector and knowledgeable of industry, market and fashion trends.
