Job description

We’re Watts. Together, we’re reimagining the future of water.

We feel proud every day about what we do. We're all part of the same crucial mission, no matter what function we support -- it's to provide safe, clean water for the world, and to protect our planet's most valuable resource.

What we do:

For 150 years, Watts has built best-in-class products that are trusted by customers in residential and commercial settings across the world. We are at the forefront of innovation, working with cutting-edge technology to provide smart and connected, sustainable water solutions for the future. Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation — and we have a dynamic future ahead.

Scope of Position

This hands-on, highly collaborative role within the Information Technology team is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Salesforce platform team that is expanding its impact across Watts Global. The role is primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, configuration, and continuous improvement of Salesforce platforms and modules across Watts Global, with extended responsibilities in solution architecture, design, development, and support as needed. The position ensures Salesforce capabilities align with business needs, supports users across functions and regions, and helps design stable, scalable platform solutions that enable sales, service, and commercial operations.

This position reports to the Salesforce Platforms Owner and is open to remote candidates based in the United States who can work East Coast hours, with less than 10% travel as required.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead Salesforce administrator for Watts Global platforms and modules

  • Administer, configure, maintain, and continuously improve Salesforce environments

  • Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, queues, groups, and security

  • Design and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, dashboards, and reports

  • Support Sales Cloud, ARM/RCA/CPQ, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce capabilities across the company

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver enhancements

  • Actively participate in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and design review activities to ensure enhancements are scalable, supportable, and aligned with platform standards

  • Perform hands-on development where appropriate, including declarative automation and development in partnership with internal and external teams

  • Support release management, testing, deployments, and issue resolution

  • Monitor platform health, data quality, adoption, and performance, and drive continuous improvement

  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures

  • Troubleshoot user issues, manage support requests, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners

  • Ensure platform changes align with governance, compliance, security, and data management standards

  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices and recommend improvements that increase business value

  • Contribute to team success and support additional projects and responsibilities

  • Uphold Watts values of Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, and Transparency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a global or enterprise environment, including Sales Cloud, ARM/RCA/CPQ, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce capabilities

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, data management, automation, reporting, dashboards, user administration, flows, validation rules, and change or release processes

  • Ability to gather requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and actively participate in architecture, solution design, development, and testing

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce development concepts, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, integrations, or related platform capabilities

  • Experience supporting complex global organizations across regions, business units, legal entities, brands, operating models, and geographically dispersed stakeholders

  • Experience in manufacturing or complex commercial environments, including product structures, quoting needs, customer service requirements, and business integrations or organizational transitions

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Understanding of platform governance, data quality, compliance, security, and system administration best practices

  • Ability to comply with applicable laws, policies, regulations, employment eligibility, background check, and any required pre-employment testing requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification or related Salesforce credentials

  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ, B2B sales, customer service, or other commercial platform capabilities

  • Experience contributing to Salesforce technical design, architecture standards, solution review processes, integrations, or connected business systems

  • Experience working with offshore or third-party support teams and creating user training, documentation, or support materials

General Applicable Company Competencies

  • Commitment to Watts’ values of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation, and transparency.

  • Punctuality and dependability.

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.

  • Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts.

  • Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.

  • Adherence to Watts’ seven cultural beliefs: Growth Mindset, Customer-Focused Innovation, Constant Communication, Clear Goals, Collaborate Globally, Be Inclusive, and Take Action.
