Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Plano, TX / Pennington, NJ (Hybrid) . You will coordinate and facilitate delivery processes to ensure client expectations are met in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Rate Range : $45 / hour to $48 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include :

Coordinating and facilitating delivery processes, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and changing controls to ensure client expectations are met.

Managing dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure timely delivery across multiple teams.

Collaborating with business lines, control, and governance groups to understand business processes and ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

Identifying deficiencies, discussing them with management, and recommending solutions for improvement.

Creating and maintaining technical documentation and managing issues and project risks effectively.

Required (hard) skills / experience

3 years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or a combination of each

Understanding of technical topics such as change management, application development and lifecycle, technology controls

Risk Management experience

Technical Documentation experience

Automation experience

Issue Management experience

Project Management experience

MS Office experience - particularly excel

Pay Details : $45.00 to $48.00 per hour
