I’m looking for a Salesforce Architect / Business Analyst to join me full-time, 40 hours a week, from the comfort of your own home office! It’s our lifeline—tracking sales, onboarding clients, driving results—but without the right person, it’s a mess waiting to happen. Processes lag, opportunities slip, and the mission takes a hit. That’s where you come in. I need you to step up and make it bulletproof.
You’re the Hero We Need
Picture this : you’re working from the comfort of your own home office, 40 hours a week, diving into the guts of our business. Half your time, you’re the Architect —designing Salesforce solutions that scale like a dream. You’ll craft workflows, nail integrations, and build systems (think Sales Cloud, custom objects, whatever it takes) that keep us moving fast and smart. The other half, you’re the Business Analyst —sitting with me, my team, and our clients, pulling out what we need and turning it into plans that click. You’ll map processes, spot gaps, and bridge the gap between vision and reality.
Here’s what you’ll own :
- Design : Architect Salesforce setups that power our growth—clean, scalable, and tough as nails.
- Analyze : Dig into our needs—talk to stakeholders, gather requirements, and make them actionable.
- Optimize : Troubleshoot, tweak, and keep our Salesforce humming, from client onboarding to sales wins.
- Connect : Work shoulder-to-shoulder with me and the crew to align every move with our mission.
Who You Are (Yes, YOU)
You’re nodding right now because this fits you like a glove. You’ve got 5+ years in Salesforce —not just playing around, but building solutions that last. You’re certified—Administrator, Platform App Builder, maybe more—and you know the platform cold : flows, Apex, integrations, the works. You’re a problem-solver who thrives on untangling business knots and turning them into wins. You talk to people—clients, teams, me—and make sense of the chaos, fast. You’re technical but grounded, highly organized and detail-obsessed but big-picture-driven.

The Deal
This is full-time, working from home where you can lock in and focus on deep work. Salary Range is $135,000–$165,000 / year , depending on what you bring to the table.
