Job DescriptionJob DescriptionInventory Management : Maintain an accurate inventory of office hardware and software assets.Technical Support : Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to resolve issues and answer questions from business units.Project Coordination : Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and deadlines.Vendor Management : Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and support.Training and Documentation : Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on new technologies and systems. This involves working independently.Emerging Technologies : Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.Professional Development : Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
