Slack is looking for a Director of Paid Digital Marketing to drive pipeline growth for Slack's invoice business. As the Director of Paid Digital Marketing, you'll have a unique opportunity to help attract, convert and retain Slack users. As part of the Growth Marketing team you will help new and existing teams to understand Slack use cases in order to drive leads, pipeline and ACV for Slack.
You will be a paid digital media expert, understanding, educating and representing these critical marketing channels and how we leverage and optimize them for growth. You will execute fully integrated campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, managing campaign strategy, overseeing creative development and optimization, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of hands-on experience leading global digital campaigns, strategic planning skills, the ability to identify creative marketing solutions to drive growth, a deep sense of customer empathy, and a very strong bias for action.
You understand the importance of communication and the value of tight relationships, across the organization and within your direct team. You have a proven history of identifying areas of opportunity, executing in a highly cross-functional environment, and an ownership mentality toward outputs.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
