Pay Rate : $19.50 / hour

Shift : 1st Shift - 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 15 PM

As a Sanitation Technician, you will ensure the highest cleanliness standards for equipment and production areas, playing a crucial role in food safety. Your attention to detail will help maintain product integrity and create a positive impression for auditors and customers, driving growth opportunities for the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning
• Perform ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) testing and record results
• Utilize litmus paper, temperature probes, and pH meters
• Understand allergen and contamination control measures
• Read and execute the Master Manufacturing Record (MMR) and Master Sanitation Schedule
• Complete the sanitation portion of Batch Production Records
• Manage waste disposal and operate clean-in-place (CIP) equipment
• Conduct post-cleaning inspections and clean all production areas
• Handle chemical mixing and ensure proper disposal
• Participate in various training programs
• Perform instrument calibration checks and pre-use verifications
• Create maintenance and calibration work orders
• Conduct safety inspections and complete daily and weekly tasks

Qualifications : At least 1 year of experience in a sanitation role.
