Key Responsibilities :

• Process bi-weekly / monthly payroll for employees including regular wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions

Manage timekeeping system, verify hours worked, and resolve discrepancies

Calculate and process payroll taxes, garnishments, and benefits deductions

Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers

Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with federal / state regulations

Requirements :

2+ years payroll processing experience

Proficiency in payroll software (QuickBooks, ADP, or similar)

Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
