Summary: Business Analyst to support the Enterprise Customer Experience Program in delivering 'email' alerts to customers segments within various products across the hiring company including but not limited to gathering requirements, creating test plans, test scripts, helping in the execution of UAT and Business Checkouts and possibly in the Training, Communications part of the project.
This role focuses on analytical work in support of business and technical projects involving requirements definition, user acceptance testing, and general application support. May lead small projects and make decisions that have low to moderate impact on the business. Works independently on moderately complex assignments. Assists senior staff on more complex analysis and assignments. Interacts with people across the business and technology areas.
