Responsibilities :

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand the program / product vision, goals, and objectives. Facilitate discussions to gather detailed business requirements and ensure alignment with transformation initiatives.
• Document comprehensive business requirements, including features, epics, user stories, assumptions, alternate flows, and dependencies. Create detailed business process flows to illustrate current and future-state processes.
• Conduct gap analyses to evaluate existing business processes against the transformation vision.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and OneTech teams to socialize and communicate business requirements effectively. Ensure consistent and clear communication across cross-functional teams.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform and support business decisions. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Apply Agile methodologies in day-to-day activities, utilizing tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage tasks and documentation.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in requirements gathering & documentation, and process improvement.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Experience in Transformation projects and modernizing legacy process / systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

Experience in automotive supply chain, logistics, or related areas would be a great plus.

Additional Responsibilities :

Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki / Knowledge Base.

Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
