System Configuration & Optimization Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize functionality and user experience. Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration Provide training and support to end-users, promoting system adoption and proficiency. Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides. Post-Implementation Support Stay current with Workday updates and best practices, implementing necessary changes to maintain system efficacy. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for continuous improvement. Education & Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Workday implementations. Proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Reporting. Technical Skills Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance processes and best practices. Experience with data migration, system integrations, and testing methodologies. Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Workday certification(s) in relevant modules. Experience in large-scale system implementations and change management. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst to support the end-to-end implementation and deployment of the Workday system across various functional areas, including Human Resources (HR), Talent Management, Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Finance, and Reporting. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Workday modules and a proven track record of successful system implementations. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and optimization of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation Leadership
Lead the full lifecycle of Workday implementation projects, from planning and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
Configure and customize Workday modules to meet specific business needs across HR, Talent, HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Reporting functions.
Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure stability and reliability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proficiency in Workday configuration, including business process setup, security, and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
