You are a motivated and ambitious key team member, with functional SAP experience who can manage the responsibilities below. You are responsible for defining and orchestrating a portfolio of services provided to your assigned clients and as a trusted advisor, you will support the setup and execution of digital transformation roadmaps and provision of services to meet the high standards of customers and Reply, while coordinating with the Reply team.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted customer relationships, develop service plans, drive SAP adoption and business transformations, and support contract renewals
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans that optimize SAP investment and deliver measurable business value
• Proactively identify and address functional and technical risks, implement prevention strategies, resolve critical issues, and manage escalations to ensure timely and effective outcomes
• Lead, motivate, and empower the consulting team while evaluating performance to enhance skills, foster success, and promote effective client collaboration
• Actively collaborate with Reply's project managers to promote successful project execution on Project Delivery, Scope Management, Cost Management and Resourcing
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to engage prospects, address needs, communicate Reply's value, support RFP processes, and assist with client onboarding
