Pay Range : $70 - $80 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP S / 4HANA
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, subject matter experts, and IT teams, together and understand requirements.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories and functional specifications for development teams.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a detailed product backlog for SAP S / 4 HANA, Ariba, and Fieldglass-related enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature requests.
• Participate in System integration testing and user Acceptance Testing to ensure the successful implementation of product features in SAP S / 4HANA, Ariba, and Fieldglass, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-launch, collaborating with technical teams and users to ensure continuous product improvement.
• Provide training and support tend-users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use the new capabilities (ex. Fiori apps and preparing QRG manuals)
• IT testing (S / 4 Hana, Ariba, Fieldglass)
• Prepare IT documentation of future functionality and process.
• Troubleshooting system issues as part of migration to S / 4 Hana.
• Function as S / 4 Hana SME backup to and work together with NS’s Solution Architect.
