Job Summary

As the Caf Manager at SAS Institute, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-unit caf including a corporate caf and an onsite Starbucks. Your role involves managing client relationships, driving account profitability, and leading talent development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all financial aspects, including P&L and budget management for the caf.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with chefs and the management team to provide nutritious, top-quality food.
• Implement and support new culinary programs in partnership with the Companys marketing and culinary teams.
• Act as the main liaison between the Company, clients, and the community.
