The Night Auditor Specialist is responsible for performing end-of-day procedures for the front office, verifying information, identifying and resolving discrepancies, posting accounts, and generating and distributing daily reports.

Schedule Details : SATURDAY TO WEDNESDAY , Day Shift

What will I be doing?

Run daily reports in order to audit
Build queries in company computer systems and programs
Monitor for errors and guide various departments to find resolutions for common errors
Act as virtual night auditor for affiliate properties
Reconcile merchant accounts
Complete daily audit of all revenue postings
Complete accounts receivable billing for groups / wholesalers / HOA’s in a timely manner and follow up on all payments as assigned
Complete accounts payable submission of invoices as assigned

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.

Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.

Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets.

Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
