About the Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Multifamily Scheduler to play a crucial role in our project management and development processes. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud, ensuring timely and efficient completion of multifamily housing projects. Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
Project Scheduling
- Utilize Oracle Primavera Cloud to develop comprehensive project schedules for multifamily housing developments, incorporating all relevant tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to gather project details and constraints to accurately reflect project timelines.
Resource Allocation
Progress Monitoring
Risk Management
