Responsibilities

* Initiate contact with candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest level

* Schedule appointments for candidates with our recruitment team for thorough evaluations

* Maintain communication with leads throughout their hiring journey to keep them engaged

* Ensure precise and current records are logged in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and placements resulting from your leads

Qualifications for Success

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Structure
