Position Overview

Are you the kind of person who loves solving puzzles thrives on organization and can keep calm when things take off unexpectedly Were looking for a Crew Scheduler who can keep our flight operations running smoothly and on schedule!

In this role youll be the mastermind behind crew assignmentsensuring every flight is fully staffed compliant and ready for departure. Youll coordinate communicate and problem-solve daily to keep our crews where they need to be while meeting all FAA regulations and company policies.

What Youll Be Doing

Coordinate and schedule flight crews to ensure every flight is staffed and compliant.

Keep a close eye on crew availability qualifications and duty limits (youre the guardian of legality!).

Communicate updates changes and assignments clearly to flight crews.

Monitor flights throughout the day to ensure schedules stay within regulatory limits.

Collaborate with Operations and HR to keep everything running seamlessly.

Maintain precise records of crew activity duty time rest periods and travel.

Arrange and manage travel logisticsincluding hotels ground transportation and flight bookingswhile staying mindful of costs.

Generate reports and assist with process improvements to make scheduling even more efficient.

Stay up to date on industry regulations best practices and scheduling software.

Complete daily shift checklists and support the team with additional projects as assigned.

What Were Looking For

Experience in crew scheduling or aviation operations (preferred).

Familiarity with 7AIR scheduling crew legality tracking and flight following processes.

Knowledge of FAA duty time limitations and rest requirements.

Strong organizational skills with a knack for problem-solving.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesyoull be coordinating across departments daily!

Detail-oriented with top-notch accuracy in record-keeping.

Ability to stay focused and flexible in a fast-paced high-energy environment.

Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
