What will I be doing?

• Be the face of the company to incoming callers
• Answering incoming phones
• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
• Scheduling specialty procedures or testing
• Obtaining patient and insurance information via phone

• Verifying and inputting patient information
• Assisting patients with questions
• Researching benefits information for patients
