Boutique South Tampa law firm is seeking a Receptionist | Legal Scheduler to join their growing, and vibrant team.

The position will be responsible for assisting in the management of day-to-day firm operations, carrying out administrative services (answering phones, calendaring, filing, etc.), and providing support to the legal team. Additionally, this position will be responsible for managing the new client process from start to finish including;

• Intaking the call
• Quoting the potential client
• Drafting the firm’s engagement agreement
• Coordinating with the client to get them engaged
• Setting up the client in our systems
• Providing the assigned attorney with the necessary information to get started

The ideal candidate for this position has some law firm intake experience, experience with basic legal drafting and correspondence, a pleasant disposition, a strong work ethic, is honest, an exceptional problem solver and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
