Acts Home Services is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Scheduling Coordinator / Administrative Support position.

As a Scheduling Coordinator / Administrative Support team member, you will play a key role in supporting staffing coverage and assisting the Human Resource Coordinator. This dynamic part-time role requires a flexible and dependable individual who is capable of managing various administrative tasks while ensuring seamless scheduling for our team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of scheduling experience, preferably in a home services private duty

Pay Range

18.64 - $22.82 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
