Job descriptionProficiency in using batch scheduling tools and technologies (e.g., IBM Tivoli Work Scheduler, Control-M, ActiveBatch). Understanding of Linux, Windows, and other relevant operating systems. Ability to write scripts and automate tasks for scheduling and monitoring. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Required Skills and Experience :
- Strong knowledge on application upgrades and installations.
- Manage the Batch Scheduling Tool – Patching, Configuration.
- Work with Project and Operation Teams to design, configure and implement batch job schedules.
- Manage batch job dependencies, triggers, calendars and execution windows to meet the required SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CI / CD or migration-related incidents in a timely manner.
- Provide on-call support to Operation Teams for critical batch failures and incidents.
- Define and schedule batch jobs, including setting execution times, priorities, and dependencies.
- Monitor job execution status, track progress, and identify any errors or delays.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to job scheduling, execution, and system performance.
- Analyze and optimize batch job schedules to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely completion.
- Maintain the batch scheduling system, including software updates, security patches, and configurations.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand business requirements and ensure smooth integration of batch processes.
