Incorp Industries is currently seeking an HR Coordinator to be based out of our Tampa, FL office OR Evansville, IN. Incorp Industries provides scaffold, industrial insulation, sheet metal, asbestos abatement, industrial lead removal, abrasive blasting, and coatings services to industrial contractors and owner clients in the power generation, petrochemical, grain, pulp and paper, mining, and manufacturing industries.
The HR Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating onboarding for field personnel, conducting background checks, MVR’s, drug screens, assigning and tracking employee training, compliance tracking, maintaining employee records and providing support to the HR team. The HR Coordinator plays a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for employees, as well as maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Successful candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, have excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and update internal systems with digital personnel records of relevant employee information.
- Manage the onboarding experience by monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of onboarding activities.
- Manage the onboarding, background and drug test process from start to finish, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor and assess the progress of new hires to ensure they are making satisfactory progress.
- Track and update
- Assist in the recruitment process by providing information to potential candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure new hires and hiring managers have the necessary support and resources.
- Process required pre-employment Background Screens, Drug Test and MVR
- Handle employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality
- Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
