A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Coordinates all aspects of scheduling interpretation services for clients Conducts intake of all requests for interpretation services and assesses interpreter qualifications Maintains professional relationships with interpreters and clients while managing communication and scheduling needs Required Qualifications High school diploma with 2.5 years of related work experience, or equivalent education and experience; a college degree preferred Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret various forms of instructions Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Google Docs and Apple / Mac Operating System preferred Conversational in American Sign Language (ASL); fluency preferred Authorized to work in the United States and willing to undergo background checks
