Provide scheduling support for UC Physicians by answering incoming, telephone calls. Provides information regarding scheduling to patients for all of UC Health. Schedules appointments for multiple divisions. Works with staff to ensure operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Screen and route patient calls efficiently ensuring accurate registration, appointment scheduling and follow-up appointment scheduling.
Provide a pleasant and accurate response to patient's questions.
Work collaboratively and efficiently to handle call volumes / queues.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Assist with training of new employees.
Work with team to improve workflows.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Required : High School Diploma or GED | None Required | No experience required
