Key Responsibilities
Lead the research, design, implementation, and monitoring of Data Science products from inception to deployment
Establish and standardize tooling and process frameworks for delivering high-quality data science products
Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and product managers to achieve project goals and facilitate technical capabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
4+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, particularly in Predictive Modeling and Optimization
Expertise in SQL and Python
Experience with structured and unstructured data, data processing, and ETL tools
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams
