Presentation materials for enrollment / removal Documentation for troubleshooting ticketing system Presentation materials for ticketing system Perform other duties as assigned. 3+ years of experience in technical writing Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of software development process and terminology Professional presentation design background in Word / PFS and PowerPoint Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Able to simplify complex processes to a basic understanding level. A background in healthcare, preferably in insurance claim processing preferred. Ability to anticipate general Q&As for individuals utilizing these training materials to build them into the material.
As a technology leader in healthcare, our client is looking for a Technical Writer to join their team. This role will be creating professional level training documentation for medical support teams, specifically in relation to product development . This individual will be developing several easily understood manuals for fresh and seasoned users, as well as building training presentations covering that same material. Primary focus will be creating the materials for the product development team.
What you’ll be doing?
- Create, edit, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements.
- Convert complex technical information into easily understandable text and visual aids for diverse audiences, including end-users and developers.
