Basic Overview of Role and Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the below function.

• Manage the customers experience and work to ensure a happy and positive review
• Process all ISF (Import Security Filing) entries
• Assemble entry packets for submission to Customs and approve applicable documentation
• Customs clearance of air, ocean, road, and rail shipments
• Process all entries via ABI in a compliant manner so that all CBP and other government agency requirements are fulfilled
• OGA processing
• Obtain Freight Release
• Facilitation and management of duty payments and ACH account
• Classification of goods and rating of commercial invoices
• Interface with U.S. Customs and any other government agencies
• Ensure compliance with Clutch Global Logistics, Inc. internal policies and procedures
• Recommend solutions to drive efficiencies and foster continuous growth
• Manage deliveries of LCL and air freight from US port / airport to customer door as needed

Experience of an Ideal Candidate :

It is preferred, but not required, that candidates have the following :

Related professional experience working with CargoWise system

At least 2 years of experience as an entry writer or in customs broker operations

Experience with classifying goods

Experience with OGA filings
