Job Title : Medical Scribe

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to accurately document patient encounters in real-time. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately document patient encounters in real-time using electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient care
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
