What You'll DoOwn and drive Scrum execution: sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure strong backlog hygiene, clear acceptance criteria, and alignment to sprint goals and QER objectives.Identify and remove blockers quickly; escalate when needed to maintain delivery momentum.Track and improve team metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time, quality).Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement behaviors.Drive cross-functional coordination across hardware, software, and product teams.Ensure transparency through dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready communication.Facilitate retrospectives that lead to tangible, measurable improvements. What You BringCSM certification or equivalent.2–5+ years in Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles.Experience with Jira or equivalent tools.You are a facilitator, not an administrator.A creative mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
