responsibilities :

• 4+ years of Agile Scrum Master or Kanban Lead experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years of experience working with Cyber / Information Security or Risk Management focused teams and / or projects
• 2+ years experience with Jira and Confluence - Jira proficiency must be intermediate to advanced level
• Understanding and strong working knowledge / experience with JQL (Jira Query Language) and experience working with Confluence
• Excellent communications, leadership and organizational skills
• Coaching mindset to guide teams effectively with strong due diligence, engineering / process discipline and focus on continuous improvement
• strong interpersonal skills - ability to build team cohesion, diffuse challenging or uncomfortable situations within the team, ability to bring the team to consensus and facilitate compromise
• strong intermediate to advanced skills with Office and related productivity applications : MS Outlook, Teams, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint
• Proven ability to work independently, as well as having strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a Team and with partner Teams
• Experience with SDLC and change management practices in medium to large enterprise environments
