What you’ll do at Sol :
Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to our clients
Recognize areas of strength and improvement within the Scrum Team; use appropriate coaching / development techniques to ensure team performance
Manage risks to delivery by raising and resolving team impediments as they arise
Facilitate and support all Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
Create and maintain the necessary tools for open communication with the Scrum Team (e.g., dashboards, tracker boards, etc.).
Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (capacity, burndown, velocity charts, etc.)
Act as a champion of Agile practices within our client organizations
What we’re looking for :
5+ years of experience in one or more Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, TDD, CI)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or another related field
Expertise as an Agile trainer / educator
Proficient in refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospective, and other Scrum techniques
JIRA experience, ideally as an administrator
Experience leading distributed / virtual teams
Strong analytical and communication skills
