GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE

The Master Stylist is responsible for engaging with guests, consulting with them on their hair care needs and recommending products and services. The Master Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest’s total look. They support the Experience Manager (SM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) through a focus on performance (service sales, and productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). This position requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the aptitude to learn and communicate product knowledge.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / Hour with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn services pay pursuant to the Company’s Services Compensation Plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also earn overtime pay as required by applicable law and tips paid by service guests. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
