Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will make an impact by driving Agile transformation and enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. You will be a valued member of our delivery team, collaborating with product owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution and continuous improvement. In this role, you will :

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and programs.
• Partner with leadership to assess Agile maturity and implement strategies for organizational agility.
• Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization, Epic alignment, and quarterly planning.
• Monitor team progress, health, and metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Salary and other compensation : Applications will be accepted until January 11, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
