SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with AI / ML Experience We are seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong AI / ML experience for a remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in SDET roles, with a proven track record of testing AI / ML-based applications and frameworks. Key Responsibilities : Develop, execute, and maintain automated tests for AI / ML applications , ensuring quality and accuracy of the implemented models and algorithms. Design and implement test strategies that focus on AI / ML performance , model accuracy , and data integrity. Work closely with data scientists , machine learning engineers , and developers to define test cases and strategies for AI-driven projects. Automate testing processes for end-to-end AI pipelines , including data ingestion , data transformation , model training , and model evaluation . Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using languages such as Python , Java , or other relevant technologies. Perform functional testing , regression testing , and performance testing on AI-driven applications and platforms. Use AI / ML tools such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , or similar platforms to test AI workflows and models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality releases. Analyze test results and provide feedback on performance and accuracy of the AI / ML models. Contribute to continuous improvement of the testing processes, leveraging automation tools and methodologies. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications : 10+ years of experience in SDET roles , with a strong focus on AI / ML applications . Deep knowledge of AI / ML concepts, including familiarity with model testing, model validation, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium , JUnit , TestNG , Robot Framework ). Strong programming skills in Python , Java , or similar languages, with experience building and maintaining test automation scripts. Experience testing machine learning models and AI algorithms in production environments. Understanding of data science workflows and ability to test AI models for data integrity and accuracy. Strong experience in functional, regression, and performance testing of AI / ML-based applications. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, including developers, data scientists, and product managers. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail in identifying root causes of issues and proposing solutions. H1B or H4EAD visa holders only. Preferred Additional Skills : Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines for automation testing (e.g., Jenkins , GitLab , CircleCI ). Experience with AI / ML testing frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow Extended (TFX) , MLflow , Kubeflow , or H2O.ai . Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS , Azure , GCP ) for managing AI / ML infrastructure and testing AI models at scale.
