Responsibilities:
As our Bartender Mixologist, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the bar experience for our discerning clientele. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and serving exceptional cocktails that showcase your expertise in mixology.
- Developing and experimenting with new cocktail recipes and innovative techniques.
- Mastering classic cocktails and ensuring their consistent execution.
- Providing guests with an unforgettable experience, offering personalized recommendations, and engaging in lively conversation.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and bar etiquette.
- Collaborating with the bar team to ensure seamless operations during busy hours.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a skilled Mixologist or Bartender, preferably in a renowned cocktail bar or upscale establishment.
- Must be available on Friday and Saturday afternoon/evening and Sunday morning/afternoon
- Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients used in mixology.
- Demonstrated ability to craft unique and balanced cocktails that leave a lasting impression.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage and interact with guests.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to handle a high-paced environment.
- Creativity and a passion for pushing the boundaries of mixology.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays are mandatory.
