What You Will Do

Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search, and other sourcing platforms.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for open positions across tax specific roles.
Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Conduct targeted searches using keywords, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques to identify talent.
Review candidate profiles to assess experience and alignment with open roles.
Reach out to prospective candidates with clear, engaging, and personalized messaging.
Track candidate activity, outreach, and pipeline progress accurately in our ATS or CRM.
Stay organized across multiple searches and prioritize recruiting activity based on business needs.
Research talent markets and identify new sourcing channels and strategies to improve candidate pipelines.
Provide a positive candidate experience through timely, professional, and thoughtful communication.

Who You Are

2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role.
Must live and be legally authorized to work within the US.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Search.
Comfortable working with an ATS or CRM to track candidates, outreach, and pipeline activity.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and recruiting partners.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches and priorities at once.
Curious and resourceful, with a proactive approach to finding and engaging talent.
Preferred experience sourcing for tax, accounting, finance, or other professional services roles.
