Summary
The Seasonal Operations Manager will lead the day-to-day operations, business affairs, and tentpole logistics for the Social, Influencer, and Creative Marketing department.
Essential Functions
- Manage tentpole operations, business affairs, and logistics from inception to execution.
- Establish rapport with NFL internal stakeholders to support and streamline operational systems, processes, and communications for the S&I department, particularly as it pertains to tentpole activations, movements, and overall execution.
- Manage supplier onboarding process, contract and invoice lifecycle for Creators and Vendors.
- Lead on / off site production management logistics for Social, Influencer, and Creative Marketing teams.
- Lead and delegate logistics and spearhead outreach for Social content shoots, Campaign productions, Influencer activations, and Tentpoles.
- Maintain and update trackers / workback calendars and utilized project management tools for day-to-day operations and tentpole management.
- Organize and manage team timelines across relevant projects.
- Develop strategies and processes to improve department operations.
- Manage 1-2 part-time and seasonal coordinators.
